This absolutely beautiful vintage Marienthal design art glass plate made in France by Rene Lalique. Rene Lalique is a famous glass art designer that has some of his art work in the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. The Museum of Applied Arts, and more.

It is has minor scrap on the bottom where it had been displayed on a plate frame, but otherwise there are no cracks, chips or stains or any other blemishes. It is signed on the bottom with a raised mark "Lalique France". It measures 9 3/8" wide by 7/8" tall and weighs about just under 2 pounds. We also have other Lalique plates listed.
