RARE Imperial Glass Candlewick 400/228 14 Chip and Dip Plate

  

It is in very fine condition with no chips, cracks or dings. The bottom rim edge is cut, ground and polished. I notice a microscopic factory air bubble and a couple very tiny, tiny scratches when held to light.
